Qualifications

• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems.
• Ability to coordinate high-volume recruitment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and campus events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate fit.
• Maintain ATS such as Taleo, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, Kronos and Paychex.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding including orientation and training documentation.
• Ensure HR compliance and data accuracy in recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with employment agencies and staffing firms.
• Promote employer branding through social media campaigns.
