Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree in HR, business, or equivalent; PHR certification.
• 3+ years HR experience required; 5+ years leadership preferred.
• General knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience with workers' compensation claim processing.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment for hourly and salaried employees and conducts planning meetings.
• Interviews nonexempt candidates and coordinates with hiring managers.
• Maintains HR records and oversees onboarding and training programs.
• Manages Workday (HCM) for the site and prepares HR reports for management.
• Assists with safety programs and compliance with applicable laws.
