Job summary

Silgan Closures in New Castle, PA is seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to guide a broad range of HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This onsite role oversees employee relations, benefits, onboarding, safety, and performance management.

You will partner with leadership to drive engagement, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and maintain a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations for the New Castle, PA facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to support objectives, engagement and workforce planning.
• Promote positive work environment and ensure policy alignment.
