Qualifications

• Required: 3 years of HR experience.

• Experience with workers' compensation claim processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manages recruitment for hourly and salaried employees.
• Oversees benefits onboarding and open enrollment.
• Maintains safety and training records; supports safety initiatives.
• Maintains HRIS data, payroll processing, and reporting.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA; handles investigations.
