Job summary

This full-time role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast-paced manufacturing site. Indiana-based position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a human resources role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a healthy work environment and communicates available programs.
• Responds to employee questions regarding HR policies in a confidential manner.
• Advises leaders on people issues and escalates as needed.
• Provides payroll assistance and conducts weekly audits.
• Manages onboarding, orientation, and open enrollment activities.
• Supports recruitment, benefits enrollment, and recognition programs.
