Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, benefits, payroll, or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus.
• Construction, field-service, or multi-location experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Coordinating interviews, offers, background checks, and orientation.
• Supporting employee benefits and open enrollment.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems (Paycom).
• Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests.
• Tracking training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting performance review and employee development processes.
• Assisting with workers' compensation and safety administration.
• Running HR reports and helping maintain accurate employee data.
