Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• At least two years of HR or admin experience.
• SHRM-CP credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical & customer service for HR & Recruiting.
• Onboards new hires, processes I-9s and background checks.
• Maintains employee files and HR reports.
• Tracks hiring activity in ATS and drafts offers.
• Supports policy updates and exit interviews.
