Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or related support role.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment regulations, and HR processes.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, payroll processes, or HR operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (UKG Preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Manage employee data, payroll changes, and HR transactions accurately.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and company employment requirements.
• Assist with employee recognition and HR inquiry responses.
• Coordinate leadership assimilation schedules and onboarding plans for designated roles.
