Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in Human Resources is preferred; prior banking experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Human Management Capital System (HMCS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Provide administrative support for compensation-related activities.
• Support performance management processes.
• Track employee information requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate meetings and logistics for HR events.
• Assist in maintaining HR policy documents.
