TrustBank is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Associate to support our growing community bank in Olney, IL. This entry-level role focuses on HR administration, employee data management, and core HR processes within a collaborative team.

The HR Associate will gain exposure to payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, training, and compliance while building a solid foundation for future HR leadership opportunities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years in prior Human Resources role.
• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP designations is desirable or a willingness to acquire certifications.

Aufgaben

• HR Administration and Records: Maintain accurate, complete and confidential employee files and HR documentation.
• Payroll and Financial Controls: Check employee time sheets and track vacation/leave balances; bi-weekly payroll processing and related audits.
• Benefits Administration: Maintain employee benefit programs and assist with enrollments and reconciliations.
• Compliance and Risk: Assist with updates to Employee Handbook; ensure compliance with state and federal laws; maintain NMLS Registry as needed.
• Training and Onboarding: Support training administration and new employee onboarding.
• Other Duties: Assist with reports, data analysis and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
