Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data: process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with recruitment: screen applications and resumes, assess qualifications, and advise hiring decisions.
• Advise on policies: support managers and employees with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle payroll and records: respond to payroll inquiries and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Support employment transactions: guide decisions on promotions, transfers, and classifications.
• Coordinate recognition programs: oversee employee events and align with guidelines.
• Maintain compliance: monitor personnel files and risk documentation per federal and state laws.
• Perform administrative functions: prepare correspondence, data entry, and HR reports.
• Interpret and enforce policies: educate staff on policies, employment law, and workplace procedures.
