Key duties include processing hires, pay changes, terminations, assisting recruitment, advising on policies, and generating HR reports. Ideal candidates have 2+ years HR/payroll experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional communication across staff levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in HR software, data entry, and reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires, pay rate changes, and terminations in HR systems.
• Screen applications and resumes; assist with hiring recommendations.
