Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient communication with staff at all levels.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
• Experience with HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Data: process hires, pay changes, terminations in HR systems.
• Assist with Recruitment: screen applications and resumes, assist hiring decisions.
• Advise on Policies: answer questions on HR policies and procedures.
• Handle Payroll & Records: respond to payroll inquiries and maintain records.
• Support Employment Transactions: guide promotions, transfers, classifications.
• Coordinate Recognition Programs: oversee employee events and align with guidelines.
• Maintain Compliance: monitor personnel files and risk documentation per laws.
• Perform Administrative Functions: prepare correspondence, data entry, HR reporting.
• Interpret and Enforce Policies: educate staff on policies and employment law.
