Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator/Business Office Manager to oversee HR functions and business office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance for employees and residents.

The role requires reliability, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while supporting recruitment, payroll, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' HR and/or payroll experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in data entry, 10-key, and HR/payroll systems.
• Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable, payroll functions, and policies.

Responsibilities

• HR coordination: enter hires, pay changes, and terminations in the HR system.
• Support recruitment by reviewing applications and assisting in hiring.
• Advise on HR policies and ensure compliance with laws.
• Handle payroll inquiries and maintain employee records.
• Manage accounts receivable, billing operations, and daily deposits.
• Process Medicare/insurance claims and maintain resident records.
