Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations, maintain employee records, payroll, and policies while helping to foster a compliant, organized workplace culture.

You will manage employee data, assist recruitment, advise on policies, handle payroll inquiries, and support employment transactions while ensuring confidentiality and teamwork in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Payroll.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication with staff at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data and HR records in HR systems.
• Assist with recruitment: screen applications and provide hiring recommendations.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff.
• Handle payroll inquiries and maintain personnel records.
• Support employment transactions (promotions, transfers, reductions-in-force, classifications).
• Coordinate recognition programs and employee events.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws; monitor risk documentation.
• Prepare HR correspondence, data entry, and HR reports.
• Educate staff on policies and employment law.
