Job summary

Missioncritical Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to perform all HR functions from applicant tracking through employee termination, maintain files, administer benefits and payroll, and support the HR Business Partner.

The role is in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, with an 11:30am–8pm weekday schedule. Candidates should have 3–5 years HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A bachelor's degree and HR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in all HR functions including benefits, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; quick learner with technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR functions from applicant tracking through employee termination.
• Maintain accurate and current employee files.
• Handle benefits administration including invoicing, enrollments, and claims.
• Process payroll.
• Assist HR Manager as administrative support.
• Oversee vehicle gas card system and related duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
