Job summary

BleiStahl North America LP is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to partner with HR leadership and support benefits, employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation and compliance.

The role includes payroll support, attendance tracking, safety training coordination, and HRIS data management. A Bachelor’s in HR and 2–4 years of experience are required. This is an on-site role in Battle Creek, MI with growth opportunities within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience required.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures; interprets employee handbook and policies.
• Supports development of department goals and systems.
• Benefits administration including claims resolution, invoicing, and communicating benefits information.
• Prepares and files EEO-1 reports; maintains compliance records.
• Recruitment for nonexempt personnel; onboarding and orientations; advertises positions.
• Employee relations counseling and exit interviewing; maintains HRIS records and payroll support.
• Tracks attendance, time clocks, safety training, and KPI data; supports safety programs.
