Job summary

Summit BHC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data maintenance, benefits support, and compliance across our Texas facilities. You will serve as the first point of contact for routine HR questions, help with policy communication, and assist with training administration, employee relations, and reporting to support a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ HR experience required, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, postings, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation, complete employment documents.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and records; audit files.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and confidentiality; escalate complex issues.
• Support HR projects, training, and reporting to improve operations.
