O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for Marriott Champions Circle in Fort Worth. You will support onboarding, background checks, payroll inputs, and HRIS maintenance while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in HR or admin experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. This full-time role offers benefits, 401(k) matching, and travel/perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years admin or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR is preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR department, onboarding, orientations, and offboarding tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Process background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain and update HRIS records and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics; ensure compliance with laws.
