AppleOne Employment Services in Dallas, TX seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for paternity leave coverage. This contract role targets an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience in employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR systems.

You will manage SAP SuccessFactors transactions, coordinate new hire orientations, process I-9 documentation, and track onboarding tasks to escalate risks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or People Services.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Maintain accurate employee data for hires, changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, employment documentation, and I-9 submissions.
• Monitor compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding task completion.
• Support HR operations and employee data updates as part of People Services.
