Job summary

Brandt, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team to streamline operations across locations. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits tracking, and HRIS data integrity, acting as a primary contact for employee inquiries.

This position reports to the Human Resource Manager and collaborates with all departments to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes and timely administration of training, job descriptions, and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years HR experience
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations
• Ability to facilitate training
• Intermediate computer and software skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and interview process; track status of candidates in HRIS and send follow-up letters
• Keep up to date on HR laws that impact the business
• Prepare new employee files and onboarding materials
• Maintain confidential HR data and HRIS records
• Assist with mandatory training, including Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
• Write and maintain job descriptions and post jobs to website and recruitment sites
• Coordinate data exchange with payroll, accounting, and legal teams
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage Section 125 plan administration
• Support other HR duties as assigned
