You will handle attendance tracking, HR document management, onboarding questions, and payroll/benefits support while maintaining compliance across locations. A team-focused, solutions-driven mindset is essential.

• Track and gather attendance data from Kronos and draft attendance warnings.
• Maintain the Branch Absence Line and communicate staffing concerns to HR and branch management.
• Upload and file HR documents into SharePoint and UltiPro accurately.
