Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Human Resources
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Support branch HR initiatives and issues
• Address employee relations matters with documentation
• Guide payroll questions and benefits options during open enrollment
• Partner with Recruitment and Branch leadership for staffing
• Contribute to talent assessment and development
• Maintain HR metrics and drive solutions
