Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to support branches across multiple states and drive proactive HR programs. This role focuses on improving employee relations, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will partner with branch leadership, oversee recruitment and development, manage HR policies, and deliver solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to cover multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Support site HR initiatives and address employee relations issues.
• Act as first point of contact for HR concerns and guidance.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on hires and promotions.
• Develop manager and supervisor talent and provide coaching and development.
• Maintain HR metrics and drive process improvements.
