ITW Automotive Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Zeeland, MI to support HR operations, maintain records, assist with payroll and benefits, onboarding, and employee communications. The role acts as a first point of contact for routine inquiries and helps keep processes compliant and efficient.

You will coordinate payroll support, timekeeping, recruiting workflows in Workday, maintain HRIS data, and assist with training records, return-to-work documentation, and employee engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, timekeeping, recruiting, or learning systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidential personnel, medical, training, and HR records per policy and regulations.
• Administer badges, visitor records, and PPE programs for security and compliance.
• Coordinate payroll support, timekeeping corrections, and routine payroll reporting.
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding materials via Workday; handle I-9 processes.
• Assist with benefits enrollment communications and leave documentation tracking.
• Schedule training, prepare HR reports, and support employee engagement activities.
