Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 1–2 years HR, administrative, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR programs and activities.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and maintain applicant records.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with compliance and reporting.
