Granite Prime Partners in Tucson, AZ is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR department with onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. This full-time role offers the opportunity to impact compliance and create a welcoming, compliant workplace.

You will handle recruitment coordination, benefits tasks, and HR admin, while collaborating with a team that values communication, accuracy, and professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR coordination or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.
• Manage employee benefits and payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, such as employee files and policies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
