Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees and HR team in delivering a full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and leave management.
• Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Perform recruiting activities for the location including resume screening and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for temporary employees and new hires; complete tax forms and I-9/E-verify where applicable.
• Support employee benefits questions and enrollment; assist with open enrollment.
