Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases.
• Assist in benefits administration and employee communications.
• Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Coordinate with departments on HR initiatives and projects.
• Generate HR reports and maintain records.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
