Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR, administrative support, recruiting coordination, or related field experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee transitions.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits enrollment and respond to routine benefits questions.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Assist payroll administration by collecting employee information.
• Respond to routine employee questions about policies and HR programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting coordination.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and verifications.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records.
