Job summary

The role handles job postings, interview scheduling, benefits, and employee inquiries, ensuring compliance and accurate HR data in PeopleSoft. A Associate degree and 2+ years HR experience are preferred, with a focus on customer service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred; commensurate HR experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR data systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment administration: postings, resume review, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, terminations and employee inquiries.
• Support benefits administration and HR events/training.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (PeopleSoft).
• Assist front office and HR-related processes as required.
