Job summary

Versant Media in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the News Division's Technology and Marketing teams. You will manage HRIS transactions, run reports, process data changes, and assist with benefits and payroll while coordinating new hire orientations and recruitment activity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably supporting HR generalist functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS transactions across hires, terminations, LOA, changes in pay and promotions.
• Run weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports from SAP, TimeKeeper, Workday and BW.
• Process data changes, promotions, timekeeper actions, and termination paperwork.
• Assist HR leaders with benefits, payroll and disability issues.
• Coordinate job postings and applicant tracking activities.
• Lead new hire orientations and support engagement initiatives.
• Maintain organization charts and assist HR initiatives.
