STV is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The position can be based in the Philadelphia, New York, or Newark offices and supports HR programs, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and data skills to help drive a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience (Generalist, Coordinator, Specialist, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or Dayforce is a plus

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding
• Partner with HR Business Partners to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday/Dayforce)
• Assist with performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives
• Generate workforce metrics and reports to support HR decisions
• Support employee relations matters and investigations
• Lead HR projects, timelines, data analysis, and improvement initiatives
• Communicate project status and manage client expectations
• Stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws
• Seek opportunities to enhance HR operations and employee experience
• Continue professional development through education and networks
