Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR or hospitality, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
1–3 years of HR, administrative, or hospitality experience.
Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, post openings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
Oversee onboarding, I-9 verification, and new hire setup.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR data in HRIS.
Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and payroll processes.
Plan and support employee recognition events and engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR training schedules and compliance tracking.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including reporting and correspondence.
