Qualifications

  • Two years of professional HR experience minimum.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Manager on HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle in the company system, including rehiring seasonal employees, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Ensure all new hires complete necessary documentation and digital onboarding in a timely manner.
  • Support H2B employees with Social Security applications, income verification forms, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with employee benefits enrolments, claims, and questions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with the generation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Plan arrivals/departures and housing for international team members.
  • Follow up with employees through visa application stages to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for visa processes.
  • Assist with administration of work-related injury and unemployment insurance claims.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and maintain records.
  • Monitor renewal dates and reporting deadlines for compliance.

We are an expanding luxury hospitality group based in Naples, Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio, including Sails Restaurant, Butcher Private, Omasava, The Cellar, and our forthcoming concept, Sava.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support across a range of Human Resources activities, including employee lifecycle administration, benefits, compliance, and international workforce programs. The successful candidate will assist the Human Resources Manager with day-to-day HR process and initiative administration, helping ensure timely, accurate completion of HR-related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Administration
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle in the company system, including rehiring seasonal employees, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Ensure all new hires complete necessary documentation and digital onboarding in a timely manner.
  • Support H2B employees with Social Security applications, income verification forms, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with employee benefit enrolments, claims, and questions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with the generation and maintenance ofStandard Operating Procedures.
International Visa Program
  • Support theinternational visa programs, including planning arrivals and departures, and coordinating housing for international team members.
  • Follow up with new and returning employees through all stages of the visa application process.
  • Help to maintain compliance by ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Assist with the administration of work-related injury claims, including documentation, claim tracking, and communication with relevant parties.
  • Support the management of unemployment insurance claims by preparing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating hearing logistics when required.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain organised records of insurance certificates, permits, licenses, contracts, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Monitor and track renewal dates, compliance deadlines, and required reporting activities, notifying the Human Resources Manager of upcoming requirements.
  • Support compliance initiatives by ensuring HR records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with English-speaking employees, managers, and external partners.
  • A minimum of two years' professional experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting and business knowledge preferred.
