Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites applications for an HR Coordinator at the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, Florida. The role provides administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, payroll processing, reporting, events, and compliance initiatives.

You will be the primary Beekeeper platform administrator and help coordinate housing and relocation needs while partnering with the HR team to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License required; background check will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including postings and scheduling.
• Assist onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll processing, and reporting.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with managers on onboarding, housing, and benefits administration.
