Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an on-site Human Resources Coordinator for South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HRIS administration while ensuring compliance and employee engagement.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2+ years in clerical/HR-adjacent work, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience in an internal office setting, preferably in Human Resources.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required, motor vehicle background check will be completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and serve as a point of contact for employees.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll processing, reporting, and employee events.
• Coordinate housing arrangements for new hires and assist with compliance initiatives.
• Maintain new hire and personnel files, ensure accurate records in HR systems.
• Support orientation and training for new employees and handle HR-related inquiries.
