Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering value across supply chain and e-commerce services. The Human Resource Coordinator will support site operations and business leaders, handling HR programs, policy guidance, and employee inquiries to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role involves onboarding, benefits coordination, and driving employee engagement initiatives while partnering with payroll and timekeeping systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish for professional communications.
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping systems (Ultipro, Kronos a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance and talent management.
• Guide operations on HR policies, legal compliance, and employment law.
• Support recruitment and staffing with admin support and employee inquiries.
• Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate orientation and training for new employees.
• Develop programs to improve employee engagement, morale and retention.
