Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordinator experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels, including operations, leaders, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and employment law to operations.
• Support recruitment and staffing, handling inquiries related to HR, benefits, employment, and payroll.
