Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks a Human Resource Coordinator to support site operations and leaders with HR administration and strategic initiatives within a warehouse/logistics setting. You will partner with operations to implement programs that drive engagement, retention, and compliance while delivering timely, accurate HR service.

The role requires 3+ years in HR in logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, and bilingual Spanish, with strong communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish with professional communication.
• Strong ability to communicate with operations, leaders and peers.
• 1+ years of experience with reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems (Ultipro and Kronos a plus).

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Serve as a resource to operations; advise on HR policies and legal compliance.
• Support recruitment and staffing, payroll inquiries, and benefits enrollment coordination.
• Verify new hire paperwork, ensure completeness, and coordinate orientations.
• Assist in development of employee engagement and retention programs.
