Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering supply chain management and e‑commerce solutions. The Human Resource Generalist will support site operations and leaders by coordinating HR and employment activities and ensuring timely employee communication.

The role emphasizes administering HR programs, policy guidance, recruitment support, and onboarding. Candidates should have 3+ years in HR roles within warehousing or logistics and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels, including operations, business leaders, and peers.
• 1+ years of experience with reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred (experience with Ultipro and Kronos is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, and productivity enhancement.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and employment law to operations.
• Support recruitment and staffing functions, handling HR, benefits, employment, and payroll inquiries.
• Review, verify, and process new hire paperwork for accuracy and benefits enrollment coordination.
• Assist in orientation and training sessions for new employees.
• Help develop programs that support employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
