Qualifications

• Experience with HR programs, benefits, leave management, and payroll workflows is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Advise operations on HR policies, compliance, and employment law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll-related inquiries with internal customers.
• Process new hire paperwork and coordinate benefits enrollment.
