Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider; we are hiring an HR Generalist to support site operations and business leaders. This role coordinates HR activities and ensures effective communication with employees and timely responses to queries.

You will administer HR programs, support recruitment and benefits, and assist with orientation and training in a fast-paced logistics environment. Collaboration, compliance, and employee engagement are core to this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR Generalist or related in warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong professional communication across levels.
• 1+ years reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems; Ultipro/Kronos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, and productivity enhancement.
• Guide operations on HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and employment law.
• Support recruitment and payroll inquiries with HR, benefits and employment coordination.
• Process new hire paperwork for accuracy and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Assist orientation and training sessions for new employees.
• Develop programs to support engagement, morale and retention, including recognition and team-building.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
