NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator for the Telemundo Enterprises and LATAM HR Group in Miami. You will perform a broad range of client support activities including HR administration, payroll processes, and project work across multiple business partners.

The role reports to the SVP HR, Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America, with a hybrid schedule at the Telemundo Center in Miami. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to SVP HR – Telemundo Enterprises and Latin America, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and invoice management.
• Support strategic HR initiatives across Telemundo Enterprises, LATAM and NBCUniversal TV and Streaming portfolio.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain distribution lists and charts, and manage HR workflow forms and reporting.
• Learn and use SAP HR transactions for onboarding/off-boarding, reporting, and data validation.
• Assist with Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Employee Perks, PTO, and Company Policies queries.
