Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the Corporate Functions HR team and client groups. The role interfaces with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations, handling HRIS transactions, SAP updates, onboarding, and reporting to support business objectives.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the New York office. Candidates should have 1+ year of experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in Excel,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in HR or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience required
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to Corporate Functions HR team and client groups across NBCUniversal
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations to resolve day-to-day issues
• Manage HRIS transactions and SAP updates for employee lifecycle data changes
• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and analyze metrics (attrition, performance, diversity)
• Support onboarding, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires
• Assist with annual processes (performance reviews, salary planning, benefits enrollment)
• Maintain employee files and support HR projects and initiatives
• Act as liaison with Payroll and Benefits for day-to-day employee questions
