Elevo Learning is seeking an HR Coordinator to provideEmployee Relations and HR support across a San Diego region. The role handles intake, documentation, and coordination of employee matters, including investigations, workers' comp, attendance guidance, and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, organizes efficiently, and manages multiple cases with discretion. Travel to the Central Office in Pacific Beach 1–2 times per month is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including Employee Relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP or HubSpot preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Provide initial case management for work-related injury claims and leave.
• Review documents and advise on Paid Sick Leave and attendance.
• Respond to inquiries and intake employee concerns.
• Assist with unemployment claims, wage audits, labor hearings as needed.
• Support DOJ notification and HR compliance processes.
• Maintain HR case files and trackers for timely follow-up.
• Educate staff on HR processes and policies.
• Attend in-office meetings and HR events.
• Perform other related duties.
