Apex North LLC, a leading logistics and supply chain management company, is hiring an HR Coordinator in Boston, MA. This full-time role supports recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, reporting to the HR Manager and team.

You will maintain records, assist with onboarding/offboarding, benefit administration, and help deliver programs that support employee well-being. A bachelor’s degree and HR experience are required, with proficiency in HR software a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–3 years of HR coordination or similar experience.
• HR policies and procedures knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR software a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefits programs (health, retirement, PTO).
• Coordinate employee relations activities (investigations, mediation).
• Provide general HR department support (documents, data entry, scheduling).
