Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the Victorville region to handle a broad range of HR tasks under supervision. This temporary role requires strong MS Office experience and HRIS familiarity to maintain employee data and generate reports.

You will support benefits, training, and compliance while collaborating with regional offices to ensure smooth HR operations and excellent staff service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of HR experience is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• HRIS experience preferred to maintain personnel data and reporting
• Knowledge of the Mental Health field is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Perform a wide variety of HR tasks under general supervision.
• Liaise with HR shared services teams and maintain HR records and data in the HRIS.
• Assist with benefits, workers’ compensation and HR training as needed.
• Travel within the region to support programs as required.

This includes handling the day-to-day functions in human resources including acting as a liaison with the HR shared services teams, providing HR policy/procedure interpretation and guidance, compiling sensitive data/statistics and preparing reports, maintaining personnel and other HR department documents and files, and entering and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS. This position may also assist with benefits, workers’ compensation and HR training as needed. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development of a positive working environment to enhance HR success and reduce legal risks. Handling extensive personal and confidential information is an essential job function of this position.
