Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the Victorville Desert Hill Crisis Residential Treatment program. The temporary role offers starting compensation of 26.50 to 28.50 USD per hour, with standard Monday through Friday shifts in Victorville, CA.

Under the Regional HR Manager, you will handle day-to-day HR tasks, maintain HRIS data, support benefits, and assist with training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years HR experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HRIS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the mental health field desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to offices within and outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of HR tasks and services to management and staff.
• Liaise with HR shared services; interpret policies and procedures.
• Compile sensitive data and prepare reports.
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits, workers’ compensation and HR training.
