Job summary

Midrex Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, recruiting coordination, and learning administration in our Charlotte, NC office.

You will assist with employee programs and HR compliance while collaborating with the People & Culture team to deliver excellent employee experiences. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service, with opportunities for growth in a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
HR certification, coursework or progress toward SHRM CP or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding activities (offer acceptance, background checks, I-9, system access).
Manage recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
Support benefits enrollment, changes and inquiries; assist with open enrollment.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate HR reports; assist with audits and data integrity.
